Vadim Svinenko is a highly experienced technology leader currently serving as the Sr. Director of Enterprise Application Development and Enterprise Architecture at Mars Veterinary Health since November 2023. Previously, Vadim held multiple leadership roles at Banfield Pet Hospital, including Sr. Director of Information Technology and Director of Information Technology, contributing to the organization from December 1997 until May 2025. Earlier in the career, Vadim worked as a Senior Software Developer and DBA at LSG Sky Chefs, where responsibilities included leading software development efforts for systems in international airports, and as an Embedded Systems Engineer at Ross Engineering, focusing on navigation and communication technologies for the US Navy. Vadim earned a Master's degree with a Red Diploma (4.0 GPA) from Ukraine University of Technology.
