Adalin Hicks

Adalin Hicks has extensive experience in the pet food industry, currently serving as the Global R&D Innovation Director at Mars since April 2010, where responsibilities include driving innovation and enhancing product performance for a $2B+ Dry Pet Food portfolio that features prominent brands such as Iams and Pedigree. Prior to this role, Adalin held various positions within Conagra Brands from June 2007 to March 2010, starting as a Food Scientist and working up to the role of Senior R&D Product Development Scientist. Additionally, a Product Development Intern position was held at HJ Heinz in June 2006. Adalin Hicks holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from Virginia Tech, obtained in 2007.
