Adam Williams is currently a Senior End to End Leader at Mars, where they oversee plant performance and manage a team of 100 people while ensuring safety and quality standards. Previously, Adam served as a Project Lead at Kellogg Company, where they successfully improved overall equipment effectiveness through strategic training and operational enhancements. Adam's earlier experience includes managerial roles at Northern Foods and Stateside Foods Limited, where they handled large teams and operational responsibilities, particularly during significant SAP implementations. Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Lancaster University, awarded with First Class Honours.
