Alejandra Galvan

Alejandra Galvan is a seasoned professional in order to cash (O2C) processes with extensive experience across various leadership roles in prominent companies. Currently serving as the Global Process Order to Cash Director at Mars since September 2020, Galvan provides strategic direction for global O2C processes, focusing on process design and digital technology transformation. Prior to this role, Galvan worked at Genpact as AVP-Global Order to Cash Operations & Governance Leader, managing accounts receivable performance for major clients including GE Lighting and Wabtec. Previous positions include Global Service Relationship Manager at GE Capital, where Galvan liaised with business stakeholders and Shared Service Organizations, and Integrations Manager, leading customer onboarding efforts. Galvan's earlier experience encompasses various management roles within GE Capital, including Billing & AR Manager and Sales Manager-Technology Finance. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
