Alexandra Halem

Alexandra Halem currently serves as the Head of Talent, Capabilities and OD at Mars, a position held since October 2022, while also leading Learning at Mars Global Services. Additionally, Alexandra is a member of Chief, a network dedicated to advancing women in leadership roles. Prior experience includes a tenure at Avis Budget Group as VP of Global Organizational Development and Director of HR Transformation, as well as various leadership roles in HR operations and project management at CDK Global, ADP, C3I Intelligent Systems Ltd, Intralinks, and Cegedim Relationship Management. Alexandra holds an MBA with a focus on Human Resources Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus, a JD from Rutgers Law School, and a BA in English from Binghamton University.
