Andy Workman

Andy Workman has over 27 years of experience in various IT and security roles, primarily at Mars from January 1990 to January 2017. As Security Assurance & Compliance Director, Andy managed the information security and risk posture, focusing on application assurance, vendor risk management, and compliance with audit and PCI standards. In a cross-segment capacity as Site IT Services Manager, Andy was accountable for local IT services across the UK and Ireland, leading initiatives for collaboration and service improvements. Prior to Mars, Andy held several positions at Sony, including Project Manager, from September 1987 to January 1990. Andy holds a BSc. (Hons) in Electronic Systems & Control from Sheffield Hallam University, earned between January 1983 and January 1987.
