Beata Rozek

Beata Rozek has extensive experience in communications and corporate affairs across various organizations. Notable recent roles include Director of Global External Communications and Content at Mars Petcare, and Director of Corporate Affairs at Mars Wrigley Poland in July 2023. Prior positions include Chairwoman of the Tesco Foundation, External Relations Specialist at Danone Waters, Internal Communications Manager and Corporate Responsibility Manager at Tesco Polska, and Manager of Corporate Affairs & Head of Internal Communications at Philip Morris International from October 2013 to October 2018. Additionally, Beata serves on the Supervisory Boards of Rada Reklamy and the Polska Federacja Producentów Żywności Związek Pracodawców until June 2025. Beata achieved a Master's degree in Journalism and Social Communications from Jagiellonian University and is currently participating in the Mars Women Leading Purposefully program at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning.
