Ben Fredenburg

Ben Fredenburg is a Sr. Manager in the Center of Excellence for Integrated Business Planning at Mars, where they have been contributing since 2025. Previously, Ben held various positions at Kellogg Company from 2019 to 2021, including Senior Supply Planner and IBP Platform Capacity Manager, where they optimized supply chain processes and enhanced capacity modeling. Ben began their career at EPI Marketing Services, excelling as an Inside Account Manager and Account Manager, and has been a Martial Arts Instructor at Lightning Kicks Martial Arts since 2010. Ben earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University, where they were on the Dean's List.
