Brooke Smith

Brooke Smith has a robust background in sustainability and strategic initiatives within the food industry, currently serving in a role focused on cocoa sustainability at Mars since June 2023. Prior experience includes positions as Manager of Sustainability Strategy & Disclosure at ERM from January 2022 to June 2023 and Sustainability Business Development Manager at Barry Callebaut Group from April 2018 to January 2022. Notable achievements encompass the successful implementation of integrated software systems for Topco Associates LLC, recognition as a “Top Woman in Grocery - Rising Star,” and securing a USDA grant for a food safety certification program. Smith's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Agriculture, Food and Environment from The Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy and a MALD in Development Economics from The Fletcher School, both at Tufts University.
