Catherine Stephens

Catherine Stephens is currently a Value Stream Manager at Mars, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they worked at Chevron in various roles, including Drill Site Manager and Facilities Engineering Intern, where they contributed to critical project development processes. Catherine also held positions at Terrapin Beer Co. as a Brewery Engineer Maintenance Supervisor and at ExxonMobil as a Fixed Equipment Design Intern. They are pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Engineering Leadership Development at Penn State University.
