Dave Bradey

Dave Bradey is the Head of Talent Acquisition for Mars Incorporated, where they lead a global team focused on sourcing, attracting, and onboarding over 15,000 new employees each year. With extensive experience in human resources, Dave has held various leadership roles within Mars, including Global Vice President and Senior Vice President of Human Resources, spearheading significant transformation initiatives and talent strategies. An alumnus of Queen's University, Dave holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and Business/Commerce. Outside of work, Dave is a proud husband and parent of three, as well as a pet parent to a dachshund and a mutt.
