Doug Roberson

Doug Roberson is currently serving as the Regional Security Director for the Americas at Mars, Inc., after previously holding the position of Global Security Director for Mars Veterinary Health. With 25 years of experience in corporate and government security roles, including nearly a decade at the CIA as an Intelligence Operations Leader, they have developed expertise in various areas such as Geopolitical Risk Assessment and Crisis Management. Roberson has also worked as a Corporate Security Leader at ExxonMobil and an Attorney at Baker Botts. They earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, graduating with Highest Distinction from The University of Kansas.
