Eric Daffron

Eric Daffron possesses extensive experience in research and development within the pet care industry, having held various leadership positions at Mars Petcare US since August 2004, including Associate Director of R&D Deployment and R&D Director. Prior to this role, Eric Daffron worked at Maxim Integrated Products as a Senior Central Planning Analyst from October 2001 to August 2004 and at Mars (Chocolate Segment) as an Operations Shift Manager and Project Engineer. Eric Daffron began a career at Mars in May 1995 as a Process Engineering Coop. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
