Erin Brooks

Erin Brooks is an accomplished communications professional specializing in sustainability and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Director of Global Sustainability Communications at Mars since November 2025, Erin previously held the position of Director and Head of Communications at Horizon Organic from February 2024 to October 2025. Prior experience includes various roles at Danone from December 2019 to February 2024, such as Senior Manager for External Mission & Sustainability Communications and Digital/Social Media. Erin's career began at Matter Communications, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Marketing Associate to Assistant Account Executive. Erin also gained experience as a Public Relations Associate at Halpern. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Penn State University and participated in a summer program through Arcadia University's College of Global Studies in London.
