Helen Mills

Helen Mills serves as the Vice President and Head of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability for Mars Petcare Global, a position held since March 2017. With an extensive background in corporate communications, Helen has led teams across several major companies, including Amgen and AstraZeneca, focusing on communication strategy, public affairs, and advocacy in global markets. Experience includes serving as Executive Director at Amgen, where leadership encompassed internal and external communication for the Global Commercial organization, as well as holding various positions at AstraZeneca, GSK, and Hill & Knowlton. Helen's educational credentials include programs at the University of California, Berkeley, MIT Sloan School of Management, and IMD, along with a BA Hons in Business, Economics, and Law from Leeds Trinity University.
