Irene To currently serves as the Product Director at Mars Petcare, starting in December 2024, focusing on transforming the pet ownership experience. Prior to this, Irene held various leadership roles at Selfridges, including Head of Product and Head of Digital, where responsibilities included developing product vision, managing P&L for a luxury e-commerce business, executing commercial strategies, and leading a 30-member digital trading team. As Group Strategy Manager for Selfridges Group and in earlier positions such as International Digital Region Manager for Greater China and Senior Strategy Consultant, Irene contributed to strategic planning and international market strategies. Additionally, Irene's consultancy experience at Roland Berger involved supporting blue-chip companies in M&A due diligence and market strategies, and initial work with IMS Health focused on pricing and market access in the pharmaceutical sector. Irene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Oxford.
