Jeff Northrop

Jeff Northrop serves as Chief Information Officer for Mars Wrigley North America and Chief Information Security Officer for Petcare, where significant achievements include spearheading a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy and establishing a robust information security governance framework. Previously, Northrop held several senior roles, including Senior Director for the Global Security Center of Excellence at Mars, Director of Information Security at Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Chief Technology & Security Officer at the International Association of Privacy Professionals. A founding CTO at Franchise Business Review, Northrop also modernized IT systems at Heinemann Publishing and managed software development at Wunderkind Studios. Northrop's educational background includes a BS in Business Administration from Boston University's Questrom School of Business.
