Jen Estes

Jen Estes is currently serving as a Financial Leadership Associate at Mars since August 2025. Previously, Jen worked at Orangetheory Fitness as a Member Experience Sales Associate, where responsibilities included enhancing membership sales and member engagement. From July 2019 to September 2025, Jen held dual roles at TOCA Football as a Soccer Trainer and General Service Representative, focusing on skill development for young players and providing customer service. At Princeton University, Jen held multiple positions, including Summer Ambassador for the Admissions Office, where tours were conducted for prospective students, and Student Building Supervisor, supporting fitness center operations. Jen also contributed as an Economics Research Assistant at Princeton Economics, analyzing health indicators and economic outcomes. As Vice President of Princeton's chapter of Best Buddies in New Jersey, Jen promoted inclusion for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Educationally, Jen is pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics at the University of Montana after earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Princeton University.
