Kara Jones

Kara Jones is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, health and wellness coaching, and practice management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Mars since July 2022, Kara previously held a long-term role as Practice Manager at Banfield Pet Hospital, where a commitment to creating a better world for pets and supporting team development was evident. Additional experience includes a short stint as a contractor at Mars, where contributions were made to a change management strategy, and roles in customer service at Hibbett Sports and CVS Pharmacy. Kara holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Middle Tennessee State University and an Associate's degree from Cleveland State Community College.
