Kate Gilmore

Kate Gilmore has extensive experience in supply chain and procurement management, currently serving as Strategic Sourcing Manager for External Manufacturing and previously as Supply Chain & Activity Manager at Mars since June 2017. Prior roles include Purchasing and Logistics Manager at Pots & Co Ltd, Global Supply Chain Operations Coordinator and Analyst at Tate & Lyle Sugars, and Finance Officer at Sanctuary Group. Kate began her career as a Customer Services Assistant at Severn Vale Housing and as a Senior Sales Assistant at Republic Retail. Educational qualifications include a BSC in Business Management from The University of Birmingham, along with A2 and AS levels from Worcester Sixth Form College and GCSEs from Pershore High School.
