Katelyn Drozd

Katelyn Drozd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and business development. Currently the Founder of The Crossway Co., Katelyn provides executive search and talent strategy mentorship for women-owned businesses. Katelyn serves as the Global Director of HR Transformation & Experience at Mars, having previously held positions including Director of Business Development & Partnerships and Head of Talent Acquisition at Kinship, a subsidiary of Mars. Prior experience includes leadership roles in talent acquisition at Warner Music Group and various HR functions at Pearson, as well as early recruitment and editorial positions. Katelyn holds an M.S. in HR Global Talent Management from New York University and a B.S. in Mass Communications from Five Towns College.
