Kerri Clark has extensive experience in quality assurance and food safety, currently serving as the Regional Quality & Food Safety Director at Mars since March 2011. Clark has held various positions within the company, including Supplier Quality Assurance Ingredients & Raws Manager, Supplier Quality Assurance Scientist, Quality Assurance Technologist, and Microbiology Technician. Prior to joining Mars, Clark worked as a Support Scientist at the Illinois Institute of Technology from January 2010 to March 2011. Clark earned a Master of Science in Food Process Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology (2007-2009) and holds two degrees in Biosystems Engineering from Clemson University, where Clark obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology (2002-2006) and a Bachelor of Science in Biosystems Engineering (2002-2006).
