Matt Scherzer

Associate Director, Shopper Insights

Matt Scherzer has extensive experience in consumer insights and brand management, currently serving as Associate Director of Shopper Insights at Mars since March 2018. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at Mars from June 2008 to March 2018, including Senior Brand Manager and Senior Customer Marketing Manager. Matt's career also includes a tenure at Bayer as Senior Brand Manager for Dr. Scholl's from June 2016 to March 2018. Earlier experience encompasses roles at the American Jewish Committee, where responsibilities included Assistant Fundraiser and Assistant Director from May 2003 to July 2006. Matt holds an MBA in Marketing from Yale School of Management and a BA in History from Bates College.
