Mauricio Morales

Mauricio Morales is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in channel development and customer service, currently serving as the Channel Development Director - Growth Acceleration at Mars since June 2012. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing growth strategies, managing exports for Lucas™ and Turin™, and leading the head of new transactions. Previously, Mauricio held positions at Mars Chocolate as National Sales Manager - Alternate Channel and Customer Service Manager, where efforts focused on customer satisfaction and sales strategy. Earlier experience includes roles at Colgate Palmolive as Distribution Center Junior Manager, at DeAcero as Supply Chain Leader, and as a Buyer for Food Service de Mexico S.A. de C.V. Mauricio holds a Master in Logistics from Universidad Regiomontana and a degree in International Business from TEC MILENIO.
