Michele Guimaraes has a solid background in information technology and security, with experience as a Cyber Security Compliance Specialist and ITSM Specialist on the ServiceNow Platform at Mars from May 2012 to September 2018. Prior to this role, Michele worked at Editora Abril as a Change/Configuration Coordinator from January 2008 to May 2012.
