Mike Arias

Mike Arias is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in payroll and travel and expense management at Mars since March 2019. Previously, Mike held various managerial roles at ADP from January 2011 to March 2019, including Implementation Manager and Client Service Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing project phases and enhancing customer service. Earlier experience includes sales at Open Road Acura of Wayne, account coordination at Medco Health Solutions, and operations management at The Hertz Corporation, where Mike was selected for a top Management Development Program. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
