Mike Smoot

Mike Smoot is an Operations Management and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt who has successfully built corporate value for global leaders in the pet food industry. Currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Mars since 2019, Mike has previously held roles such as Commercial Manager of Value & Profit Optimization and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at the same company. With a background in managing cross-functional initiatives and extensive experience in optimizing manufacturing processes, Mike has contributed to various organizations, including AFB International and Maytag. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
