Mirian Candido Farias

Mirian Candido Farias is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at Mars, serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Digital Transformation since August 2005. In this role, Mirian leads the people and talent agenda for Pet Nutrition while collaborating closely with the global CIO on digital initiatives. Previously, Mirian held several senior HR positions, including Human Resources Director and HR Talent and Capability Development Director, where strategic HR support was provided to various corporate functions and talent development was prioritized. Earlier career experiences include managing HR processes at Brasil Telecom and serving as an Advanced Intern at Walt Disney World. Mirian holds an MBA in Business Strategy from FGV and certifications in Human Resources Management from Hult Ashridge and Strategic HR Leadership from Cornell University.
