As the Chief Marketing Officer at Mars, Nikhil Rao previously served at Mondelēz International in several capacities, including Vice President of Marketing for Southeast Asia, Senior Marketing Director for Biscuits & Baked Snacks in Southeast Asia, and Regional Senior Marketing Director for AMEA in Gum and Candy.
