Rachel Gibson

Rachel Gibson is a skilled professional with a strong background in engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Supply Excellence (TPM) Lead and Regional Project Engineer at Mars since September 2022, Rachel previously worked as a Mathematics Tutor at Tutorful from September 2019 to September 2023, and as a Process Engineer at GSK between August 2020 and October 2021. Notable achievements include leading the introduction of RealWear Smartglasses during the COVID pandemic and creating an automated Process Risk Assessment document to enhance efficiency. Rachel also gained experience as an R&D Assistant at McBride and as a Fulfillment Associate at Amazon. Rachel holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath, completed in 2022.
