Rajat Ghosh

Rajat Ghosh is an experienced professional with a diverse background in supply chain management and digital transformation. Currently serving as Director of Supply Chain Planning and Digital Transformation at Mars, Rajat leads the vision and strategic goals for the Center of Excellence in supply chain planning while enhancing advanced planning systems and data-driven decision-making. Rajat also lectures in the MS SCM program at the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business. Prior roles include leading supply chain initiatives at o9 Solutions, Inc., managing operations at 3M, and overseeing supply chain strategies at Dragonfly. With significant experience at ExxonMobil and Devon Energy, Rajat possesses a strong foundation in analytics, optimization, and capital investments. Rajat holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
