Rakesh Narayana

Rakesh Narayana is a seasoned executive currently serving as the Global Vice President of Strategy at Mars since 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing global strategy, M&A, and special projects for the Pet Nutrition division. Rakesh is also a member of the Impact Council at Fast Company, collaborating with innovation leaders on initiatives that positively influence business and society. As the Founder and Managing Director of Access VC from 2022 to 2024, Rakesh established the first BCorp Corporate Venture Capital and CPG brand incubator, aimed at fostering new health, wellness, and e-commerce companies. Previous experience includes significant roles at Reckitt, where Rakesh held positions such as General Manager and Chief-of-staff to the Divisional President. Rakesh's career also encompasses a tenure as a Strategy Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, focusing on digital transformation and M&A across various industries. Education includes a Master's and Bachelor's in Engineering from the University of Nottingham, alongside Executive Education in Digital Transformation from IMD.
