Ross Plagman

Ross Plagman is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at Mars since July 2007, currently serving as the Global CFO of Mars Snacking. Prior positions at Mars include Global Vice President of FP&A & Financial Strategy, and Vice President Finance & CFO for various regions and sectors including Petcare North America and Latin America, and Food North America. Prior to Mars, Ross Plagman held roles at ConAgra Foods as a Senior Financial Analyst and at Wrigley as a Senior Staff Accountant. Initial experience includes a Senior Financial Analyst position at Johnson & Johnson. Ross Plagman holds an M.B.A. in Finance & Strategy from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Butler University.
