Simon SEMELIER

Simon Semelier is a Technical Manager at Mars since 2022, following a diverse career in various roles within the manufacturing sector. They previously served as the RST Leader at Essity from 2014 to 2018, where they oversaw continuous improvement projects and skills development. Additionally, Simon held positions at Essity as the Production Manager and at Philips Lighting as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer and Workshop Assembly Manager. They earned a Diplôme universitaire de technologie in Mechanical Engineering and Production from Université d'Orléans and later a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Production from Polytech Orléans.
