Victoria Cooper

Victoria Cooper is an experienced professional in strategic sourcing and procurement, currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing for EU Supply at Mars since October 2024. Prior to this role, Victoria was self-employed in property management and development and spent nearly a decade at Mondelēz International in various senior sourcing positions, including Senior Director of Global Sourcing for Indirects. Victoria’s career began at United Biscuits and includes significant roles at Cadbury plc. Victoria holds a BSc (Hons) in Business from the University of Bath and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS).
