Vincent Verdier

Vincent Verdier is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in managing multicultural teams and delivering large-scale investment projects across multiple countries. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering Cluster for Mars since May 2020, Vincent oversees project scoping, execution, and CAPEX planning, managing over 25 engineers across five plants in France, the Netherlands, and Germany. Prior experience includes positions at Coca-Cola European Partners, where Vincent led capital projects and operational excellence initiatives, and held various engineering and consulting roles. Educational credentials include a Specialized Master in Project Management from HEC Paris and engineering degrees from Ecole des Mines de Nantes and IMT Atlantique.
