Nageswara Rao P has over 28 years of extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as the National Manager of Supply Chain Excellence at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages since July 2011. Nageswara Rao has successfully led the Hyderabad (Ameenpur) plant to win the JIPM TPM Excellence Award in March 2015, and has earned the Max Glass Award three years in a row from 2013 to 2015. Previous roles include General Manager of Operations at BRANOpac GmbH, General Manager of Production at Shankar Packagings Limited, and various senior management positions at ITW India Limited, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing and outsourcing operations. Nageswara Rao holds an MBA in Operations Management, a PGD in Planning & Project Management, and a PG Diploma in Human Resources Management, along with a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
