Noe D. Davila, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Benefits Advisor at Aon Hewitt. In 2012, they joined Cintas as a Human Resources Manager, where they focused on new hire orientation, compliance with employment regulations, and employee development. From 2015 to 2020, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Sodexo Healthcare, managing talent acquisition strategy and implementing new onboarding processes. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Marsden Services, where they oversee HR functions and promote employee and organizational development across multiple regions. Noe D. Davila is a certified professional in HR (PHR) and holds the SHRM-CP certification.

Noe D. Davila, PHR, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad de Puerto Rico, which was obtained between 1991 and 1996. They also hold a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, earned between 2010 and 2011. Additionally, they have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management, completed between 2010 and 2012. Noe D.
