Luke Pierson

Luke Pierson is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the digital and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chair and Director at Marsello since June 2023, Pierson aids merchants in rewarding customer loyalty across in-store and online platforms. Concurrently, as a Director at Foot Science International since January 2023, Pierson contributes to the global reach of Formthotics, a customizable medical insole prescribed across 35 countries. Prior roles include Investor and Adviser at Enroller, which enhanced student recruitment processes before its acquisition by Educatius Group, and CEO (Transitional) at Wunderman Thompson New Zealand, overseeing the merger of capabilities during a significant transition. Pierson founded and managed Heyday Digital from 2010 to 2019, establishing it as one of New Zealand’s fastest-growing digital agencies. Earlier, as Founder and Creative Director of Doubleclique, Pierson built a successful digital services firm focused on user-centric design.
