Sheila Lapworth

Sheila Lapworth is a Quality Assurance Advisor at Marsh Commercial, with extensive experience in various roles within the insurance industry since 2007. Currently, Sheila conducts file quality checks for Client Executives and Client Advisors, producing comprehensive audit reports. Previous roles include serving as a Complaints Investigator, where Sheila investigated client complaints and managed detailed reporting and response communication. Prior to Marsh, Sheila held positions such as Commercial Account Handler and Corporate & Specialty Risks Account Handler at various firms. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) in Social Policy from the University of Birmingham and is also a Diploma holder from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
