Tom Lagar has accumulated extensive experience in the insurance industry, beginning with Jelf Group plc from July 2007 to December 2015, where Tom held roles as a Commercial Account Handler and Personal Lines Sales Consultant. From December 2015 to August 2017, Tom worked at Jelf Insurance Brokers as a Commercial Property Account Handler, followed by a position as Account Manager at Colmore Insurance Brokers until August 2018. Tom returned to Jelf, which became Marsh Commercial, as a Commercial Account Handler from August 2018 to April 2020. Since April 2020, Tom has been employed at Marsh Commercial, taking on various roles including Business Analyst, Quality Assurance Business Partner, and Quality Assurance Advisor.
