Sam Glazier

Sam Glazier is a highly experienced Commercial Insurance Agent at Marsh McLennan Agency - Northwest since September 2024, following nearly a decade at Amica Insurance as a Casualty Claims Manager. In this role, Sam oversaw the operations of six remote teams handling Casualty claims across 24 states. Previous positions at Amica included Assistant Casualty Claims Manager, Supervisor, Claims Supervisor, Training Instructor, and Senior Claims Adjuster, where responsibilities ranged from conducting interviews and negotiating settlements to managing teams. Sam also has experience as a Math Tutor at Community Colleges of Spokane and as a Claims Intern at PayneWest Insurance, where skills in metrics tracking and coverage research were developed. Sam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Gonzaga University and an MBA in Finance from Washington State University.
