Alessandra Ugon

Alessandra Ugon is currently the Executive Assistant to the Vice Chairman of Global PEMA and Chairman of International – Private Equity and M&A Services at Marsh. With a solid background in hospitality management, including roles as Front of House Manager and Guest Relations, Alessandra has demonstrated exceptional skills in team coordination and customer service. They hold a Master’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Università Mercatorum and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Naples ‘Parthenope’. Previous positions include notable experiences at renowned establishments such as the Dorchester Collection and Corinthia Hotels.
