Alex Berthiaume

Alex Berthiaume, CRIS, AIC, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Engagement Lead at Marsh since November 2021. Prior to this role, Alex amassed significant experience at Sedgwick, holding various positions including Assistant Vice President of Client Services, where responsibilities included managing a large client service program, maintaining key relationships, and overseeing program procedures to enhance customer satisfaction. Alex also served as Director of Client Services and Claims Team Lead, with a focus on complex workers' compensation claims management. Earlier, Alex worked at MEMIC as a Claims Specialist, investigating intricate claims and collaborating with legal and medical professionals. Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Maine.
