Blake Wheale has a long and varied career in sales and business development. Blake began in 2001 as the Founder and President of the nonprofit organization Turkey's 4U, which provides food for the hungry throughout New Jersey. Blake has been running the charity for the last 18 years, growing it from their home county of Morristown to now impacting over 12 counties in the state with over 20 volunteers across 10 school districts. In 2012, they moved to St. Paul's School as the Associate Director Leadership Fundraising, where they raised funds from alumni/friends of the school to provide unrestricted, current-use funds for a highly selective college-preparatory, coeducational boarding school. In 2013, they moved to Dartmouth College as the Managing Director of the Annual Fund. In 2014, they joined Google as the North America Outbound Sales Manager for Google For Work. In 2015, they moved to Dialpad as the National Sales and Partnerships Director. In 2016, they joined Funding Circle US as the Director of Sales and Business Development. In 2017, they joined Encore Capital Management as the Vice President. In 2019, they joined Windfall as the Senior Director of Sales and then the Director of Sales. In 2021, they joined Alan AI as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and VP of Sales and GTM. Blake is currently at OneReach.ai as the VP of Growth.
Blake Wheale holds a BA from Bowdoin College, where they double majored in Economics and Government & Legal Studies. Blake also holds an Advanced Certification of Professional Achievement in Business from Columbia University, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
