Chia Kelvin has extensive experience in the insurance and business development sectors, currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Marsh Singapore since 2013. Prior to this role, Chia worked as a Business Development Manager at AIG Direct from 2010 to 2013, and held various underwriting positions at NTUC Income, QBE Insurance, and ING Insurance between 1998 and 2010. Chia also spent six years as a Police Officer with the Ministry of Home Affairs Singapore.
