Chris Najim is an experienced actuarial professional currently serving as Managing Director of Analytics Solutions at Marsh USA since 2019. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Senior Vice President of Analytics and Consulting at JLT Specialty USA from 2015 to 2019 and served as a Senior Actuary at Swiss Reinsurance America Corporation from 2007 to 2015. Chris began their career as a Senior Actuarial Analyst at Encompass Insurance, followed by a role as Associate Actuary at Safeco Insurance. Chris holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Statistics, as well as a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Iowa and Knox College, respectively.
