Dale Williams

Dale Williams is currently the Mercer Asia Sales Leader while leading the South West & Wales Region at Marsh Asia, overseeing over 200 advisory professionals. Previously, Dale served as the UK PI Sales Leader for Financial and Executive Risks at Willis Towers Watson and held various roles at Marsh, including Head of Corporate and Commercial Asia. Their professional journey also includes a background in military service with the British Army and experience as a Professional Indemnity Account Executive at Howden Insurance Brokers Limited. Dale is recognized for their energy, drive, and leadership in managing P&L, sales growth, and organizational performance across multiple sites.
