James Harmer is a risk and insurance advocate for Corporate Australia and currently serves as the Head of Global & Corporate at Aon Australia. After completing a BSc in Economics with Political Studies at Royal Holloway, University of London, they began their career with internships in London and Hong Kong. Harmer worked as a Broker at Aon from 2010 to 2013 and later held various leadership positions at Marsh and JLT from 2014 to 2021, ultimately becoming a Managing Director and Risk Management Leader in New South Wales.
