Michelle Sivanayson

Michelle Sivanayson is currently the Managing Director and Island Practice Leader for Captive Solutions at Marsh, overseeing client service and operational strategy across Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, and Barbados. With over 15 years at Marsh, they previously served as the Global Operations Leader for Captives, managing large teams in Halifax and Mumbai. Their early career included positions in financial management and accounting in companies such as Lanka Bell and IQPC, where they contributed significantly to operational improvements and financial reporting. Michelle is also a student at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
